Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can track your package directly on the courier partner’s website.

Delays

Urban Treasuress is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional re-shipping charges.

Undelivered Orders

If your order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
